  • Request for catering services from Way Down Yonder New Orleans Finest Restaurant LLC can be made by phone 614-662-8623 during normal business hours or via email www.waydownyonderneworleans@gmail.com please allow us 24-48 hours to respond back. When planning for catered service we ask that you plan as far in advance 14-21 days prior to your event (No exceptions) 2-3 weeks gives us enough time to plan the best event for you, schedule our staff, and provide the service you need when choosing your food items. Way Down Yonder New Orleans Finest Restaurant LLC will make every effort to satisfy your request based upon availability.

  • Way Down Yonder New Orleans Finest Restaurant LLC has a minimum purchase of $300.00 requirement when placing any orders pickup or delivery. If Delivery, Set Up, and Service is required, This price does not include Delivery Fees (which is Based on Location), taxes, service charge of 18% of the total bill, rental equipment, plates, napkins, utensils, servers etc.

  • Deposit is required for pickup or delivery for all orders to be secured and guaranteed (Non-Refundable). Remaining balance will be due 3 days before the event. CASH OR MOST MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED IN PERSON. NO PERSONAL CHECKS PLEASE.

  • Quote provided is subject to change and good for 7 days. We reserve the right to adjust or change our pricing based on location, seasonal product availability, and current market price of products. Once contract has been signed, your prices are guaranteed.

  • When emailing or requesting a catering order, please be very detailed on your request.

    1. What type of services are you requesting? Served, Buffet Style, Delivery Drop Off, Delivery & Setup, or Pickup Services from Restaurant.

    2. Provide your name, number, business, date, and time of event. We will provide a response within 24-48 hours if that date is or is not available.

    3. If you are vegan, or vegetarian please indicate before placing any orders. We are not a vegan/vegetarian restaurant, however we can help you with some menu items that can be customized without meat if you are vegetarian.

    4. Please be advised that food made in our restaurant may contain or come in contact with wheat/gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and soy.
